Police are investigating a robbery at a Bank of America in Gaithersburg and ask for help identifying a male suspect.
At about 3:36 p.m. on Tuesday, Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) officers responded to the location in the 400 block of North Frederick Ave. for the reported robbery, per a release from MCPD.
According to police, a suspect entered the bank, implied he had a firearm and stole money before leaving.
Detectives released surveillance photos and ask for the public’s help identifying the suspect.
Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Up to $10,000 is offered for information that leads to the suspect’s arrest. Callers can be anonymous.
