Officials said a man, who has now been identified as a Metro employee, was pronounced dead Tuesday after officers found him in a parking garage at the Silver Spring Transit Center.
Shortly before 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers patrolling the transit center found an unresponsive man in a private vehicle on the upper deck of the parking garage, a WMATA spokesperson told MyMCM on Thursday.
Life-saving measures were attempted, but the Metro employee was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of death is currently unknown, but no foul play is suspected at this time.
