The City of Rockville is hosting a virtual public forum on Vision Zero Thursday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Vision Zero is the city’s plan to eliminate serious road collisions and end traffic deaths. Montgomery County has a similar initiative.
During the forum, residents can learn more about Vision Zero and voice their questions, concerns and suggestions.
Rockville has a number of completed and ongoing Vision Zero projects, including a Pedestrian Master plan, shared roadways and protected intersections.
Transportation and pedestrian safety are priorities of the City of Rockville, according to the city’s website.
