The City of Rockville is offering free outdoor movie screenings on Wednesdays this August.
Over the course of the month, residents can enjoy four family-friendly movies at four different parks throughout Rockville.
Movies will begin at dusk or approximately 8 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own food, nonalcoholic beverages, chairs and blankets.
A complete schedule of the movie screenings is below:
- Aug. 2: “The Boss Baby” at Potomac Woods Park
- Aug. 9: “The Secret Life of Pets” at Woodley Gardens Park
- Aug. 16: “Cool Runnings” at Montrose Park
- Aug. 23: “Raya and the Last Dragon” at Maryvale Park
Cancellations due to inclement weather will be posted here and on the City of Rockville’s Facebook.
