School buses started rolling out of their depots before the sun came out on the first day of school for Montgomery County. MCPS set a new record for enrollment with more than 164,000 students. The county’s newest school, Snowden Farm Elementary School in Clarksburg, greeted students for the first time Tuesday. Throw in nice weather and that made for a very successful first day back.
