Actress and Silver Spring native Lisa Ann Walter, “Melissa Schemmenti” on ABC’s Abbott Elementary, had a happy homecoming over the weekend.
Walter waved from the back of a car to the crowds that gathered in Washington D.C. Saturday morning. Walter, a Blair High School and Catholic University alum, was the festival’s host and honorary marshal.
