Detectives are looking for additional victims after FBI Agent Eduardo Valdivia, 40, of Gaithersburg was accused of raping two women inside a Gaithersburg tattoo studio.
Valdivia, who also owns a tattoo studio, was taken into custody Monday, according to the Montgomery County Police Department. He is charged with two counts of second-degree rape, four counts of fourth-degree sexual offense, and four counts of second-degree assault, according to police.
Two women alleged they were raped inside DC Fine Line Tattoos at 9841 Washingtonian Boulevard, according to police.
The victims did not know Valdivia’s employment status as an FBI agent or his real identity. They knew him under names including “Lalo Brown,” according to police.

Valdivia was previously acquitted of of attempted murder and related charges after he shot and wounded a passenger on a Red Line Metro train in Bethesda in 2020.
