Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision near the Germantown Library at Town Commons Dr., Thursday morning.

At approximately 7:30 a.m., a car drove over a curb and suspended off an approximately 8-foot high retaining wall at 19800 block of Century Blvd.
Two patients were transported with non-life-threatening injuries, according to MCFRS chief spokesperson Pete Piringer.
