Wednesday is a bad day to be outside.
Capital Weather Gang reports that air quality around the DC area is registering Code Red Wednesday and is encouraging people to limit time outdoors especially those with respiratory concerns and/or wear a mask.
The smoke that can be seen and smelled around the region is coming from wildfires in Quebec. More smoke is expected Thursday and Friday.
