The Bethesda and Medical Center Red Line Metro stations will close this weekend due to switch work and other scheduled maintenance.
Red Line trains will run every 10 minutes and operate in two segments: between Shady Grove and Grosvenor and between Friendship Heights and Glenmont. Passengers who need to travel along the closed portions of the Red Line can take a free Metro shuttle bus to the next station along the route.
The closure will take place all day Saturday, Nov. 19 and Sunday, Nov. 20.
