What better way to celebrate National Ice Cream Day than with a visit to a locally owned and operated ice cream shop? Sarah’s Homemade in Bethesda’s Wildwood Shopping Center features small batch ice cream made with all natural ingredients. And on Sunday, it proved to be a destination dessert experience for many of the customers MCM talked to.
