This year’s Special Education Family Resource Fair will take place on Saturday, May 11 at Montgomery Blair High School from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Multiple MCPS special education offices, community organizations and government agencies will present information and resources to parents. The event is open to any and all MCPS parents, staff and community members.

The following groups will be available at the fair:
- Autism Society of Maryland
- Down Syndrome Network of Montgomery County
- Independence Now
- Maryland Association of Nonpublic Special Education Facilities
- Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services
- Parents’ Place of Maryland
- Partnership for Extraordinary Minds
- Potomac Community Resources
- Raising Orchid Kids
- National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled
- Special Olympics
The fair will feature live music, arts & crafts, face painting, and other kids’ activities. Food trucks will also be on-hand.
Montgomery Blair is located at 51 University Blvd. East in Silver Spring.
