In the primary election for Montgomery County Executive, candidate David Blair lost the Democratic nomination to incumbent Marc Elrich by just 32 votes.
Blair previously competed with Elrich in the last primary four years ago, when he lost the nomination by 77 votes. MyMCM sat down with Blair to reflect on his campaign and look forward to the general election.
