Maryland election officials can begin counting mail-in ballots before Election Day on Nov. 8 under a new judge’s ruling to avoid delays for the General Election.
Dr. Gilberto Zelaya from the Montgomery County Board of Elections told MyMCM that this will only work if voters return their mail-in ballots as soon as possible. Zelaya also urges individuals to serve as poll workers.
🚨1000 Future Vote slots available! Students 16 & older are encouraged to serve as election poll workers.
