The Washington Commanders had a busy Thursday trading wide receiver and former first round pick Jahan Dotson to the division rival Philadelphia Eagles. The Commanders also sent a fifth round pick in exchange for a third round pick and two seventh round picks in 2025.
The team also traded a conditional seventh round pick to Cleveland for Cade York to address their kicking problems.

The Commanders wrap up their preseason schedule with a home game agains New England Sunday night then they cut down their roster to 53 by Tuesday.
