The Clarksburg Premium Outlets is hosting the Jolly Shows carnival from Sept. 18-29.
The carnival is located in the parking lot at 22705 Clarksburg Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871.

The carnival was closed on opening day due to inclement weather. Wristbands and ride tickets are available for purchase on the website https://marylandcarnivals.com/events/62.
The Joseph family has been operating Jolly Shows since the 1950s in the Baltimore and DMV region with amusement rides, games and food. Frank Joseph bought an Eyerly Aircraft “Roll-o-Plane” as his first amusement ride in 1939 and more rides in the following years to operate at local amusement parks, fireman’s carnivals, county fairs and church bazaars.
