Fire and rescue personnel responded to a collision and overturned dump truck Friday morning near Darnestown and Poolesville.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) was at the scene on Darnestown Road at Whites Ferry Road, according to Battalion Chief Steve Mann. One adult was evaluated and Route 28 was closed, Mann stated.
Police said Darnestown Road was closed at Whites Ferry Road and advised drivers to seek an alternate route as well as expect delays Friday morning.
