Congressional Candidate Joe Vogel hosted a community event to discuss the diverse needs of Maryland’s 6th Congressional District’s Latino community and beyond. The event underscores Joe Vogel’s comprehensive policy agenda, “Plan Para El Futuro De Nuestra Comunidad,” focusing on economic growth, healthcare access, support for DACA recipients, and small business assistance.
The press conference occurred Monday at the popular Latino restaurant La Casita Pupusería in Gaithersburg. During the event, Vogel recognized his mother and the Latinas supporting him during his candidacy. Congresswoman Linda Sánchez, Board of Education member Grace Rivera-Oven, Sindy Benavides, President of Latino Victory Fund, and Rebecca Rosales Castillo, representative of the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee, District 39, endorsed and supported Vogel’s agenda.
