The county will be under a Hyperthermia Alert for the third day in a row Saturday from noon to 6 p.m. as extreme heat continues.
A Hyperthermia Alert was also activated Thursday and Friday. Additionally on Friday, the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a Heat Advisory for central and southeast areas of the county.
