A lucky player in the state of Washington hit the $754.6 million Powerball jackpot Monday. Three players won $50,000 with tickets purchased in Maryland. The tickets were sold in Dunkirk, Owings Mills, and Rockville.
The Gourmet Beer & Wine store sold one of the three $50,000 winning tickets and will receive a bonus from Maryland Lottery. The store is located at 11530 Rockville Pike in Rockville.
This is the second $50,000 Powerball ticket sold in Rockville in less than two weeks. A Rockville man won in the Jan. 30th drawing with a ticket purchased at the Courthouse Exxon in Rockville.
The winning numbers in the Feb. 6 Powerball drawing were 5, 11, 22, 23 and 69. The Power Ball was 7 and the Power Play multiplier was 2.
