Three school board members reflected on their terms as they departed from the board on Monday. Rebecca Smondrowski served 12 years, Shebra Evans served eight years, and Lynne Harris served four years.
Three new school board members were sworn-in during the ceremony in Rockville: Rita Montoya, Laura Stewart, and Natalie Zimmerman.
