“Dork Diaries” authors Rachel and Nikki Russell are hosting a second book signing event on Nov. 16 at 1 p.m. in Gaithersburg. Barnes & Noble, at Washingtonian Center, 21 Grand Corner Ave., will celebrate the release of “Dork Diaries” Book 16: “Tales from a Not-So Bratty Little Sister.”
The mother-daughter duo previously had a book signing at the Gaithersburg Library on Nov. 2.
More than 55 million copies of “Dork Diaries” have been sold in 52 languages and the series has spent 331 weeks on the New York Times Best Sellers list in the Children’s Series category. 
The event is part of the authors’ “Brat Tour” with previous stops in Florida, Virginia, New Jersey and Maryland. The authors will sign books for attendees who purchase “Dork Diaries” books. The event is free and features complimentary merchandise.
