A Gaithersburg man was charged with vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol in connection to a fatal pedestrian collision that killed a husband and wife on their way to vote Nov. 8.
According to Montgomery County Police, Davinder Singh, 47, was driving his Toyota Prius west on School Drive when he struck and killed Miguel Antonio Ortiz, 65, and Ana Margarita Ortiz, 70.
Singh was arrested Feb. 10 after returning from overseas.
