Veteran news anchor/reporter Chris Gordon hosts the County Council Candidates show which recently aired on Montgomery Community Media.
Seven district councilmembers will be elected during the mid-term election. In addition, all voters will choose four at-large members to represent the entire county.
Council members serve for four years and are limited to three terms. The new term begins on Dec. 5, 2022. Councilmembers are responsible for budget oversight, setting tax rates, and serving as the Board of Health for the county.
