The Maryland Economic Development Association has chosen this week as Economic Development Week. And just Thursday, County Executive Marc Elrich and Maryland Commerce Secretary Kelly Schulz toured RADA Technologies, an Israeli company that is opening its U.S. headquarters in Germantown.
Outside RADA, Elrich discussed upcoming economic development announcements, working with Schulz and the status of replacing David Petr, the former CEO of the Montgomery County Economic Development Corp., who left in April.
