Elrich Responds to Unofficial Voting Results Limiting Him to 2 Terms

MCM talked to County Executive Marc Elrich Tuesday night at the Angela Alsobrooks party in College Park after unofficial voting results came out showing voters chose to limit the County Executive to two terms instead of three.

Elrich is currently in his second term after being re-elected in 2022. If the voting results hold, this will be his final term as Montgomery County Executive.

The latest unofficial voting results as of Wednesday morning show 67.85% of voters were in favor of the term limit reduction and 32.15% voted against it.
