The Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center (MCASAC) seeks permanent homes for large dogs 40 pounds and more. MCASAC offers fee-waived adoptions from Oct. 15 – 31 with the ‘Find Your Boo’ event. The nonprofit Friends of Montgomery County Animals (FMCA) is sponsoring the event in hopes the shelter will not reach critical capacity, as it did over the summer.
