The fifth Finer Womanhood Expo focused on women’s health and wellness last weekend at Montgomery College Germantown.
The event was hosted by the Gamma Alpha Eta Zeta Chapter of the Zeta Phi Beta sorority, a historically African American sorority.
There were guest speakers and Blue table talks about mental health, food insecurity, and health equity, according to event information. There were also free health screenings and more than 20 Black-owned, woman-owned vendors.
