1. Graduation Goes Virtual: The Class of 2020 will celebrate graduation with a virtual ceremony in early June, MCPS announced Sunday.
2. Council in Virtual Session: Montgomery County Council meets virtually at 10:45 a.m. Here’s a look at the meeting’s agenda.
3. Municipal Monday: The Rockville Mayor and Council meet at 6 p.m. The agenda may be found here. The meeting may be viewed on county cable channel 11 or live-streamed at www.rockvillemd.go/rockville11. The Kensington Mayor and Council meet at 7 p.m. Instructions to watch the meeting via zoom may be found in the agenda here.
4. Town Hall with Councilmember Tom Hucker: Join a virtual town hall hosted by Council Vice President Tom Hucker tonight at 7 p.m. featuring US Senator Chris Van Hollen. Register to join by Zoom here or watch the Facebook live stream.
5. Ride On Service Changes: Montgomery County Department of Transportation made changes Sunday to eight routes — 5, 12, 17, 15, 16, 30, 46 and 55— to keep essential travel trips safe. Face coverings are required to ride the buses.
