1. Budget Forum: County Executive Marc Elrich is holding the first of five budget forums at 7 p.m. at the Wheaton Library and Community Recreation Center, 11701 Georgia Ave., Wheaton. Participants will be able to provide input on fiscal 2021 budget priorities.

2. Municipal Monday: Rockville Mayor and Council holds a drop-in at 5:30 p.m. Its regular meeting, at City Hall, 111 Maryland Ave., begins at 7 p.m. Gaithersburg’s Mayor and Council meets at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 31 S. Summit Ave. The Poolesville Town Commissioners meet at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 19721 Beall St. Kensington’s Mayor and Council have a work session at 6 p.m. and a council meeting at 7 p.m. The meeting take place at 3710 Mitchell St.
