In honor of the 100th anniversary of the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD), a flag was raised over the Capitol Hill building on Tuesday.
Capitol Police Chief and former Montgomery County Police Chief Thomas J. Manger presented the flag to current MCPD Chief Marcus Jones.
