State health officials fined four nursing homes in Maryland this week – including Potomac Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockville – for not testing all patients and staff for coronavirus and reporting the results to the state.
Potomac Valley, where employees and families have been complaining for months about poor care, and Stadium Place were 2 of 4 nursing homes fined for failing to complete universal testing. Both are owned by Vita Healthcare Group. Story from @rebtanhs & me https://t.co/yR2bqalA5F
