Monday marked the start of Phase 1 reopening in Montgomery County, lifting some restrictions imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic stay-at-home orders issued in March. Lifted restrictions allow some businesses, including hair salons and barbershops to see clients by appointment only. Outdoor dining, curbside pick-up for retail stores, and childcare services for essential workers are also allowed.
