Gaithersburg Invites Community to Participate in Biennial Survey

The city of Gaithersburg is conducting its biennial community survey, inviting all residents, workers, and business owners to share their feedback.

The electronic survey, which takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete and contains 37 questions, is accessible here.

Residents are encouraged to complete the survey within the next week. The collected data will help elected officials and city staff prioritize strategic initiatives and allocate resources effectively. A higher volume of responses will enable the city to tailor initiatives more accurately to community needs.

A firm specializing in market research for governmental organizations, ETC Institute, will analyze the responses. ETC Institute will keep responses confidential. The firm will present the findings to the Mayor and City Council.

The city will publish the results on its website. Previous survey results are available here.
