Germantown Peace Walk Raises Awareness About Gun Violence

Moms Demand Action and the Street Outreach Network led a peace walk in Germantown Saturday to raise awareness about gun violence. Dozens gathered at the outdoor stage and lawn of the BlackRock Center for the Arts at 10 a.m. for a short program and walk. Parents and family members affected by gun violence shared their stories. Councilmember Marilyn Balcombe and State Delegate Greg Wims also spoke at the event.
