Montgomery County residents and public officials pedaled to work and other destinations Friday during Bike To Work Day, in what Council President Andrew Friedson called “the healthiest, most sustainable way of traveling around our community.”
The Metropolitan Council of Government’s Commuter Connections and the Washington Area Bicyclist Association organized the national event in this area.
