Julio Aldail Rodriguez-Interiang, 20, of Hyattsville was killed early Thursday morning while driving on New Hampshire Avenue in Silver Spring.
According to Montgomery County Police, the single car crash occurred at 5:20 a.m. A preliminary investigation showed the driver of a black 2008 Acura didn’t maintain control of the vehicle while headed north on New Hampshire Avenue. He left the right side of the road and struck a metal traffic light support pole. Police said speed was a contributing factor in the collision.
