The Wheaton Urban District and Montgomery County Recreation department are hosting an outdoor Valentine’s Day celebration Sunday in Wheaton. The “I Love Wheaton” family-friendly event takes place at the Marian Fryer Town Plaza, located at 2424 Reedie Drive Sunday, Feb 13 from noon to 4 p.m.
The celebration will include ice skating, cupcake and cookie decorating, hot chocolate, arts and crafts, face painting, balloon art and lawn games. There will be outdoor heat lamps, a fire pit and a disc jokey. The activities will be outdoors, but masks are encouraged for all attendees.
