Katie Ledecky’s blistering third leg in the 4×200 meter freestyle relay helped lead her team to a gold medal at the FINA world championship in Budapest, Hungary. It was Ledecky’s 3rd gold in the competition, 18th career gold at the the world championships and 21st medal overall in the event which makes her the most decorated woman in world swimming championships history.
Ledecky and her teammates set a world championships record with a time of 7:41:45.
