Joseph Kitchen, president of the Young Democrats of Maryland, was found dead in his home on Aug. 16. He was 34 years old. Kitchen was the director of out of school time and volunteer services at the Washington School for Girls.
According to Prince George’s County Police, Kitchen was reported missing. He was last seen at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis on Aug. 8.
