Strathmore is hosting a free summer concert series, “Live from the Lawn,” per an announcement from their website.
11 concerts will take place at the Gazebo stage throughout the summer. This year, Strathmore has added a three-concert companion series for kids within the line-up. Although RSVP is recommended, the concerts are free.
The musical acts range from hip-hop fusion to bilingual Americana folk. This year’s summer line-up is as follows:
- July 6: Dupont Brass
- July 13: Jake Blount
- July 14: Elena Moon Park (Cool Concerts for Kids)
- July 20: Charm City Junction
- July 27: Elijah Balbed & The Jogo Project
- July 28: Pierce Freelon (Cool Concerts for Kids)
- Aug 3: The Bobby Thompson Band
- Aug 10: Ladama
- Aug 11: Sonia de Los Santos & The Okee Dokee Brothers (Cool Concerts for Kids)
- Aug 17: Ukefest
- Aug 24: Shayna Steele
