The sounds of live music return to downtown Bethesda with a series of free outdoor concerts every Friday evening during the summer. Sponsored by the Bethesda Urban Partnership (BUP), the concerts feature a diverse range of live music, including rock, blues, folk, and soul.
The concerts begin Friday taking place Friday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m. at the corner of Norfolk and St. Elmo avenues. Norfolk Avenue is closed to cars from Del Ray to St. Elmo avenues during the events.
Residents are invited to purchase food, beer, and wine from BUP partner restaurants Rock Bottom Brewery and Olazzo. No outside alcohol is allowed.
