The Magruder High School girls’ volleyball team won their first ever state title beating Northern High School in a battle of undefeated teams. The Colonels (25-0) won in four hard-fought sets (3-1) over the Patriots (20-1) in the 3A state final played at Ritchie Coliseum on the campus of the University of Maryland.
