Rockville native and Magruder High School alum Helen Maroulis qualified for the Summer Games in Paris by beating Jakarra Winchester in State College, Pa. Saturday.
She becomes the first U.S. woman wrestler to qualify for three summer Olympics. Maroulis, 32, won a gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics and a bronze at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
