Montgomery County Recreation’s senior programs team is hosting its inaugural Centenarian Celebration Friday, May 12 to commemorate residents who have had their 100th birthday.
The luncheon event will feature food, music and comments from notable guests beginning at 11 a.m. at the Marriott Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg. Over 70 residents who are 100 or older will be recognized at the event as they attend with family members.
For those who were unable to register, a special live stream will be available to view the momentous celebration.
