A new conference event launched at Montgomery College on Thursday centers nonprofits.
The theme of the event at the Germantown campus was Building Nonprofit Infrastructure to Strengthen Community Services. Montgomery Community Media (MCM) CEO Jasmine White hosted a breakout session with MCM Education and Community Engagement Director Danielle Ricks about “Using Media Tools to Advance Your Mission.”
A keynote presentation featured Dr. George Askew, president and CEO of the Meyer Foundation.
