The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has launched a new recruitment website, to address ongoing challenges in recruiting and retaining sworn officers and Public Safety Communication Specialists at the Emergency Communications Center.
MCPD partnered with Epic Recruiting, a nationally recognized law enforcement recruitment agency, to rebrand the department and develop a modernized, user-friendly website. The site offers prospective applicants a comprehensive overview of career opportunities enhanced by videos, photography and targeted online campaigns. The website serves as a one-stop resource for potential candidates with information about job openings, the application process and benefits of joining the department. Epic Recruiting aims to help MCPD attract diverse and qualified candidates through innovative marketing strategies.
