Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) will be hosting a virtual meet-the-author event with New York Times columnist, three-time Pulitzer Prize winner and bestselling author, Thomas Friedman. This event is scheduled for Monday June, 29 from 2 to 3 p.m.
During this event, attendees will, “Listen and engage with Thomas Friedman about our current societal challenges with or without reference to any of his seven bestselling books in the MCPL collection,” according to MCPL’s synopsis of the event. Attendees can also read Friedman’s works through MCPL’s Overdrive, where they can borrow e-books.
