People around the country are taking to the streets to protest racial injustice and police brutality after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, but with taking a stand comes the ever-looming threat of spreading the coronavirus.
On Friday, MyMCMedia spoke to Dr. Fred Finelli, the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Medstar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, and Nathan Barbo, Medstar’s Assistant Vice Professional Services, about whether we could see an uptick in cases from these protests and how people can stay safe while protesting.
