Metro announced the tracks between the Grosvenor and Medical Center stations will be shut down for repairs to the aerial structur Saturday and Sunday, May 21-22. Free shuttle buses will run between the two stations.
The Tenleytown station will be closed both days for escalator repairs. Trains will bypass the station.
Metrorail opens at 7 a.m., closes at 1 a.m., Saturday and midnight Sunday. Trains serve 90 of 91 stations, with scheduled track work on the Red, Yellow and Green lines; and on the blue and Silver lines Saturday only.
